From arrival to pickup, here's the full process for storing your luggage with Tranqui Box.
Step by step
1. Arrival
Come to our service point in downtown Balneário Camboriú with your luggage.
2. Locker check-in
Our team logs your bag, picks the right locker size, and hands you a unique pickup code.
3. Pickup
Come back whenever you like within opening hours, give us your code, and pick up your bag in minutes.

Important policies
Items not accepted

- •Extremely valuable items without prior declaration
Responsibility
Each stored bag is Tranqui Box's responsibility during the storage period, under the terms provided at check-in. High-value items must be declared at drop-off.
